Well fear not my desperate for answers friend as I’m about to share with you 7 simple ways that will sky rocket your self esteem and have you looking and feeling F****** awesome!

And what does high self esteem + feeling awesome equal?

CONFIDENCE!!

And confidence my friend is the key to unlocking desirability!

Say you were to strut whilst oozing self confidence people would notice, I pretty much guarantee it

Now you want this in your life don’t you?!

No s*** you do

But not only are you going to be oozing self confidence from reading and implementing these steps but your health will benefit from it too

And in this case, you are the runner and you’re going to have run your own race in order to reap the benefits

1. Quit Smoking

I’m sure I cannot be alone here but does the smokers stench or the sight of yellow nicotine stained fingers deflate your labido boat faster than a shark attacked Lilo?

Back then smoking was made the no.1 thing to be done by iconic sex symbols such as Audrey Hepburn, it showed you had class and money but nowadays it’s about as sexy as Susan Boyle in pair of sequinned hot pants, eeeuuuwwww!

Now If you’re already a non smoker, then give yourself a high 5 my friend as you’ve already completed step 1.

However, if you’re still toking on those old nicotine death sticks then seriously dude (or dudette) you have to consider quitting as the benefits in doing so are much more than simply becoming highly desirable!

For one, a reduced toxin load (you literally inhale millions with every puff) will help lower your of risk of inflammatory illnesses such as cancer.

Secondly, toxins cling to fat cells, meaning that you retain/store more water making weight loss or maintaining a leaner physique that much harder

Lastly you could save yourself a bucket load of cash that you can treat yourself more with or put to better uses like investing into one or more of my next 6 steps that will only enhance your desirability.

2. Get Supermodel hair and skin

Anyhoo, you don’t need to waste your hard earned cash on the next celebrity endorsed miracle wonder face cream or orgasm inducing conditioners as you can get all you need from natural sources

You see…

Simply by adding the right foods into diet you can combat any unwanted skin problems and replace them instead with great looking, blemish free smooth skin that simply defies natures ageing process

Or rid yourself of that lifeless mop and have hair that is strong and full of shine and dandruff free

And there’s no secret recipe, no weird ritual of bathing in banana skins and rubbing wet mud into you face for an hour everyday for like ever!

Or simply train with just body weight exercises for a complete muscular workout

Hey I’m not knocking them (well desperately trying not too anyway) as anything, even them in moderation is fine, but I’m sure you’d rather be eating quality food, cooked by a quality chef in your towns best eatery right?

But that’s not the only benefit,

You can improve your digestion and reduce those unwanted and sometimes unexpected gassy moments.

Did you know not sleeping enough can increase the ageing process?

And I’ll tell you something else that lack of quality sleep ain’t gonna help you with either, those panda eyes or that grizzly early morning temper where your lack of sleep has led you to wake in a stressed state leaving you ready to bite the frickin head off of each and all that cross your path until lunch time or when you’ve consumed enough caffeine to stimulate a rhino

Lack of sleep also leads to carb craving and eventual weight gain so not a good combo whatsoever!

My top tip to get quality sleep is to get 7-9 hours per night and try to hit the sack by 10pm at least 5 times a week.

You see the quality of sleep you get between 10 and 1 is worth double of any over time of day or night.

Sleep is the time when the body recovers, rejuvenates and regenerates and it needs adequate time to get the job done properly

And by getting enough sleep you just might not rely so heavily on the most consumed drug on the planet every morning to kick start your day …caffeine!!!

6. Play more

And no, I’m not meaning become a bum!

Play keeps you active, and it’s even more important if you have children as it’s a great way to bond and keep the family healthy

Play, or exercise, depending on how you perceive it is not only great for your health, but it’s also fantastic for your soul too and will have you brimming with confidence

But what makes exercise so special to helping you feel sexier?

Well it’s because it releases a special hormone

And this hormone is called endorphins, now these hormones are often known as the happy hormones as they leave you bouncing after a great workout.

And nothing boosts your confidence more than winning a game or completing a kick ass workout does it

It may not feel it at the time when you’re drenched in sweat, red faced and gasping for air

But once past that point, once those hormones start flooding through your body you’re going to be feeling on top of the world

King or Queen of your own realm ready to take on and kick ass at whatever life throws at you

Take time in your day to rest and play as both are and equally important lifestyle recommendation. Rest will help you relax and de-stress, whereas as play will do the same but add a sense if achievement as well as that welcome boost as those happy hormones flood through your body

7. Meditate

Do you ever feel a little like a stressed out Susan or wound up Wayne?
