Due to the number of kettlebells needed per class, session sizes are limited to just 16 participants.
This though allows me more time to concentrate on you to ensure that your form and technique is correct allowing you to get the very most out of each Fusion Training workout

Kettlebells sends your workout into overdrive
Kettlebells is an awesome exercise session that amps up your normal routine with a bit more pizzazz. I saw results within the first week of attending, and the added weights really send your workout into overdrive, accelerating inch and fat loss. I think this is probably my favourite workout of Simon’s (followed closely by bootcamp!). Small group sizes mean individual attention as well – which is fabulous if you need some pointers on stance and position. Highly recommend! – Erin Saville
